From fruit we gathered from a medium sized tree on the island of Chejudõ South Korea in 2001. Forming a wide canopy bearing ovate-acuminate leaves with conspicuously impressed parallel venation. With terminal cymes of globose blue-black fruit on red stems, which had succeeded the starry white flowers. Easily grown in sun or part shade in any type of drained fertile soil.
