Perennial originating from my collection on rocky slopes at 3150m near Zhongdian North-western Yunnan, China. Forming rosette of wiry stems of finely divided leaves. Bearing bright azure-blue spurred flowers April-July. The branched stems attain a height of 1.2m. Best in a well drained position in full sun or part shade.
