Peucedanum (Apiaceae) BSWJ8816b

japonicum

A charming small sea shore plant we collected on Chejudõ growing with Angelica japonica. Where it formed a low growing but rather stout glaucous perennial, only attaining a height of 60-100cm, with thick textured bluish-green divided leaves, below the large compound flattened umbels of white flowers, July-Sept. Easily grown in full sun to light shade in any type of freely drained soil that does not over-dry.
