A new form to us of this wonderfully unusual species from Japan grown primarily for its extraordinary hairy palmate foliage, which are smaller in this form. Also valued for its stoloniferous habit soon covering a sizeable area when happy and its many umbels of bright orange-pink flowers in this form, April-May. Best in a moist acid soil full of organic matter, in a shaded site. Originating from the island of Shikoku Japan.
